His expertise also spans Commercial Law including Commercial Agreements, Business Sales, Shareholders Agreements, Franchising and Partnerships. Rich is a specialist in his field, having accumulated 19 years of experience across several jurisdictions including the UK and Australia. Rich has regularly been involved in multiple high-profile cases throughout his career. As well as his impactful work at Stanley & Co. Lawyers, Rich is also a board member of OARS Community Transitions, a non-government crime protection agency which aims to enhance community wellbeing by reducing offending and victimisation.
