Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Australia in 2015 and joined the Stanley & Co. team as an Associate in July 2018.

Ed is a Senior Associate specialising in disputes and commercial litigation. He regularly appears in the South Australian courts and in the Federal Court of Australia.

Since commencing practice, Ed has developed a broad knowledge of commercial legal principles and is well equipped to handle complex business disputes. Ed’s areas of specialisation mean that he is well equipped to handle:

• Debt recovery matters;
• Contract disputes;
• Property disputes;
• Corporate and shareholder disputes; and
• Corporate insolvency matters.

Ed is a skilled researcher and will work relentlessly to resolve disputes in the most commercially sensible and cost-effective manner for his clients.

Outside his legal practice, Ed’s interests include computer science and, along with his colleague Danial Esmaili, he enjoys assisting with matters involving data protection, cybersecurity and privacy issues.
