Harley is an associate solicitor in the criminal law team. His experience in traffic law includes drink and drug driving related offences, driving whilst disqualified or unlicenced, speeding, dangerous driving, driving without due care, and licence appeals.

He also has experience in criminal law matters such as theft, serious assaults, weapons offences, serious criminal trespass, possession of controlled substances, cultivation, drug trafficking, property damage, and intervention order matters.

Harley has gained experience in a range of legal areas in both public and private practice and is committed to building on his passion for criminal law.

Harley’s commitment to obtaining successful outcomes for his clients ensures that all possible defences are explored in detail, all evidence is thoroughly analysed, and persuasive and strategic legal arguments are submitted to Prosecution and the Court.
