Tina is a commercial lawyer practising primarily in the area of commercial law and transactions, including the establishment of commercial enterprises through business structures such as corporations, partnerships, discretionary trusts and unit trusts.
Tina has acted for a wide range of public and private sector clients in relation to commercial transactions, contracts, and in providing general commercial advice. She also has particular expertise in commercial leasing, franchising and trademark matters, including the commercial exploitation of intellectual property and assisting clients in achieving their commercial goals.

- Advising and negotiating terms of vendor finance agreements, secured and unsecured loan agreements, mortgage documents, guarantees and indemnities, and security agreements.
- Compliance and regulatory advice with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
- Business sale and purchase advice and transactions.
- Advising clients in relation to all Intellectual Property matters.
- Franchising advice and disputes.
- Competition and consumer law advice.
- Commercial leasing advice for both landlords and tenants.
