Danial is originally from Toronto, Canada and is our resident “IT nerd”.
As well as Juris Doctor, he also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology and a Bachelor of Philosophy and Political Science.
During law school, he actively volunteered at the Gold Coast Community Legal Clinic and was asked to advise the Queensland Police on cybercrime, cryptocurrencies and illicit activity on the dark web.
He was admitted to practise in 2016 and joined Stanley & Co Lawyers in 2019.
In his past life, Danial founded a successful digital strategy consultancy business and e-commerce marketplace.
He now practises in two main areas – Commercial & Business and Criminal & Traffic and is passionate about advocacy, IT, online defamation, cybercrime, blockchain technology, and data privacy.
His multidisciplinary background and eclectic experience affords client’s with additional value outside of the law and enables him to craft creative solutions to complex problems.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, fine dining, being out in nature, tinkering with his car and staying on-top of the latest technology trends.
